Dr. Elly Rose is a board-eligible dermatologist who provides thoughtful, patient-centered care supported by a strong academic and research foundation. She has broad interests in dermatology, including skin cancer, rosacea, acne, psoriasis, complex skin conditions, and pediatric skin disorders. She is committed to evidence-based care, clinical excellence, and compassionate patient interactions.
Dr. Rose is an expertly trained dermatologic surgeon with experience in skin cancer excisions, as well as the removal of benign growths such as cysts and lipomas. She is also a talented cosmetic practitioner, providing services such as hyaluronic acid fillers and neurotoxins. Her formal education and training include:

Dr. Rose is currently completing her dermatology residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where she was selected to serve as one of the site chief residents at Parkland Memorial Hospital and Veterans Affairs Medical Center. She has extensive experience in academic dermatology and has participated in translational, clinical, and outcomes-based research across a wide range of dermatologic conditions, including inflammatory skin disease, autoimmune disorders, oncology, complex inpatient dermatology, and cosmetic dermatology.
Dr. Rose has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and has presented her research at national and regional dermatology conferences. She is a recipient of the Dean’s Research Scholar Fellowship and was inducted into Junior Alpha Omega Alpha (AΩA) during medical school in recognition of her academic excellence, leadership, service, and research achievements.
In her spare time, Dr. Rose enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, running, workout classes, traveling, and musical theater.
